This quarter stumped me for a little while. I wasn't sure how I was going to cut it out and make it look good. I decided to cut the inside out instead of the outside like most cut-outs. Many customers who are dissappointed in the design of the quarter, like it better cut out. I finish this pendant with a sterling silver bail which will fit 3mm or smaller necklaces.
