Puzzle with a message "I LOVE YOU" or "MARRY ME".  I cut the message in the coin then cut the puzzle around the message.  My standard 21 Piece Half Dollar.  I sell them unassembled in a white box so when they arrive they look like just another coin puzzle.  Case included for reassembly.  The message is revealed as the receiver of the puzzle reassembles it.
